At Falwaala, we take great care in delivering fresh, high-quality fruits to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refunds
No refunds will be issued for fresh fruits once delivered, unless the item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
In such cases, you must notify us within 2 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos as proof.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
Incorrect delivery address or phone number provided
Failure to receive the order at the time of delivery
Quality issues reported after 2 hours of delivery
Change of mind after order is delivered
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
